Hi! My name is Lauren and Eunoia Professional is my resume writing and career coaching business.

I am a postgraduate degree-qualified Human Resources (HR) professional with 7+ years of experience in senior HR roles across some of Australia’s largest and most well-known private organisations. I am also a Certified Human Resource Practitioner through the Australian HR Institute.

When I write resumes, LinkedIn profiles, or provide career/interview coaching, I consider the whole employee lifecycle, not just the first step of securing a job. As a HR practitioner, I have done hundreds of interviews and seen thousands of resumes. When you work with me, I will bring real-life practical experience and exposure to the world of recruitment and careers in the private sector.

I have been recognised for excellence in the HR profession at industry events including the Australian HR Awards, and the Australian Human Resources Institute Awards.

I am an avid reader and learner, and I’m passionate about personal and professional development. I started Eunoia because the part of my work where I find the most joy is working one-to-one with like-minded professionals and helping people grow and succeed in their careers, while finding fulfilment in their work.

I am passionate about working with experienced professionals and helping to develop their careers further, and I am also motivated by working with entry-level clients to kick-start their careers and confidence in the workforce.
